What Type Of Events Do You Do?
What type of event do you want catered? There isn't a type of event we won't hear out so should you want catering for it, reach out to us and we'll see how we can help! :)
Can I Customise The Menu?
Is the Sky Blue...? HECK YEAH you can! Each type of service is customisable, but just remember, that this does change the price.
Do You Cater For Dietary Restrictions/Requirements?
As long as you let us know of any dietary requirements and/or restrictions, we'll make sure to accomodate for these! All our food is cooked seperate, so should there be anything Vegan, no meat product will come in contact with it etc.

How Far In Advance Do I Need To Book?
2 Week minimum will be required for any catering requirements for 15+ people. However, don't hesitate to reach out if it's in a few days! If we can help, we'll help!
How Much Does A Catering Service Cost?
This varies, depending on the service, size, food requested etc. Reach out at any time with any request and our friendly team will get a quote together for you! :)
Depending on the function being catered and the setup, yes, a Pack Down Service is available as well.
Do You Provide A Pack Down Service?
This is something that will need to be discussed upon enquiry of the event. In most cases, at this stage no, however we can help point you in the direction of those who can buuuuut.....watch this space 👀
How Do I Place An Order?
Can You Cater To Remote/Regional Areas?
This is a case by case matter and depending on what catering you're requiring. Large cooking equipment is hard to transport but depending on location and type of food being ordered, transport options can be explored if viable.
What If I Need To Cancel Or Re-Schedule?
Any cancellations or re-scheduling require a 7 day notice period, otherwise, initial deposit of catering event will not be refunded. Any orders will less than 2 weeks notice, that don't allow for a 7 day cancelling/re-scheduling notice will not be valid for refunds if cancellations are made.
Are Any Deposit's Required?
Any catering events will require a 50% deposit at time of confirming the quote. Any grazing boxes will require payment in full at time of order confirmation.

How Do I Confirm My Booking?
Once all quote details have been finalised, we'll ensure you're happy with everything and before you know it, we'll send an invoice, finalise deposit and BOOM! Away we go! :)
Is Your Food Nut, Dairy, Egg, Gluten & Seafood Free Without Request?
While extreme caution is taken during every process, labels will be placed on food should there be a risk or potential exposure to any element that could cause a reaction.Should you strictly not want any contents involved in the catering, please advise during time of quotation to ensure that foods are packed and separated accordingly.
